BOARD TRAINING WORKSHOP
Board members are critical in maintaining our organization’s governance, transparency and accountability. Through the Catalyst fund that is being implemented by Tilitonse Foundation in partnership Comic Relief and the UK Aid program, PACE conducted a two-day training workshop for the board members at the Pastoral Centre in Nkhatabay District on 13th and 14th July, 2023. This training was facilitated by Mr. Kinnear Mlowoka (a development expert) to orient new board members on their roles and duties, and train them to encourage a positive culture of change, growth and development of the organization. All 7 board members attended the training workshop.
